What is your job?

I took part in many product development, such as our in-house product INSUITE®, InterBrain, system construction, research and development, customized system and many more.

The joy of work in DreamArts.

The most attractive point of the company is its top-class staffs who have high motivation. There aren't so many companies like DreamArts, though it is small.

When do you feel achieved?

As an engineer, I feel that challenge is the most essential factor to mature and succeed. The challenge in the everyday work is connected to my own motivation and satisfaction.

Of course, handling new development is not the only challenge. Meeting customer's demand to enhance the function is another challenge too. Things that should be challenged keep arising. What we should do is to find new challenges.

How do you contribute to DreamArts?

Monitoring new technology and applying it to the business is how I contribute to the company as an engineer.

What do you expect from DreamArts in future?

In-house product development and system consulting are the two core business areas of the company. I hope that both can complement each other and demonstrate the synergy effect.

For instance, the reformative technical intelligence obtained in the system construction project is applied to the in-house products and is developed in high quality. It is connected to the customers' satisfaction and to the following product development.

DreamArts is now heading for such a good direction.

Came to Japan for corporate training in 1991 after the Beijing University graduate. Afterwards, joined the company in October, 1999.
